Sanity Saver Torso Trimmers
Whittle the middle with FIVE effective torso trimming moves!
Welcome to the Sanity Saver Series!
I originally created these short mini-workouts to help us all keep our "sanity" in the middle of the shutdowns during the pandemic. Short, doable, easy to fit into even the busiest schedule, the Sanity Saver short workouts are also easy to "talk yourself into" when it's hard to get motivated.
Torso Trimmers Series Includes--
- Reach Scoops-- Stretch that rib to hip and reach t-h-r-o-u-g-h the arms to get a good stretch AND whittle the middle! (3 1/2 minutes)
- Mitten Chop Box--THE move for the tummy! Focusing on core activation while doing the side tilts will trim the torso! (5 1/2 minutes)
- Puppet Pulls-- This move takes a bit of coordination, but once you get the hang of it you'll get a head-to-toe workout that really works the torso (5 1/2 minutes)
- Lawnmowers-- This video is a little longer but well worth it! It includes Spinal Stretch (which we always do before a twisting move). Focus on that core and lower body isolation for maximum torso-trimming benefit! (8 1/2 minutes)
- Advanced Hoedowns-- Not as much cardio as original Hoedowns--but much MORE torso trimming and core challenging power! (5 minutes)
These videos are available for free on my YouTube channel, but I have combined complementary workouts together in packages to be better organized for your convenience.
