This Back-to-Basics SEATED class package includes 28 classes:

  • 18 Instructional classes breaking down each move in Basic Workout
  • 5 classes rotating through Basic Workout in a chair with 3-4 moves per class (LOTS of kickouts!)
  • 2 classes covering the first and second halves of Basic Workout in a chair with lots of kickouts and water breaks!
  • The ENTIRE Basic Workout in a chair at a slower pace, 4 reps each move with kickouts and water breaks built in


ALL you need to work on form and activation to get more out of your Basic Workout to tempo--yes, even in a CHAIR!

I specialize in adapting exercise to the chair so everyone can move to feel better and yes, even lose inches! My other qualifications: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ISSA Glute Specialist. I also have my double MA--that's MAMA to 9 beautiful children! ;)
