Yes! Over the 13 years since becoming a fitness trainer and health coach, I have helped hundreds of women make the most of a one hour session (or two half hour sessions) to optimize their workouts and create a plan for healthy changes.
We women lead busy lives and we often put ourselves last-- until we start to fall apart.
As a mama of 9 who homeschooled as well as overseeing our mini-farm, I understand busy! Because of my own journey I can help you overcome overwhelm and create a plan that fits your life season and challenges.

Absolutely! You can purchase as many sessions as you like! I also offer packages for longer-term coaching if you are interested.
