Core Focus Techniques for Strength and Inch Loss
Core Concentration classes are from my Defeating Diastasis program. I originally created the Core Focuses as part of a prior program called Beautiful YOU. The inspiration was a "T-Tapper" client who was struggling with losing inches off of her waist/tummy area. As I was helping her get more "connected", these core focus techniques were born!
Why "new"? My previous Core Concentration package included videos that I did myself. This package has the professionally recorded and slightly updated version, and I've updated the pdf downloads as well.
The NEW Core Concentration includes these 4 core focuses:
- Floor Core Focus
- Seated Core Focus
- Wall Core Focus
- Standing Core Focus
Think of these core focus videos as your "core instructionals". Take your time with them as that will strengthen the brain-body connection as well as the muscles themselves. This will translate into better core awareness and activation away from "practice"--during workouts and even daily life activities!
