5-Goal Posts & Stretches

Goal Posts, like the other arm moves, work not just the arms but also the lats, core, traps and neck. Alignment is again KEY here for best results--also for balancing imbalances and relieving tension! I follow these up with some stretches that will feel oh-so-good!
