4- Primary Back Stretch, Second Half with a Towel

This is a variation of Primary Back Stretch if you have shoulder issues or aren't yet flexible enough to clasp your hands behind your back. Although it is a bit easier, it still opens up the chest by gently stretching the muscles and helps free the neck to be able to move more freely. I still alternate between using the towel and hands clasped behind!
