I've adapted this powerful workout for the chair--every move is included and adapted to get the same muscle activation and lymphatic pumping you do with the standing workout! There are 11 Instructional classes and 12 classes of 3 moves each, ranging from 6-14 minutes, with most classes under 10 minutes.
Working out in a chair is great for those with foot, joint or health issues. It's also great for those wanting to work more on form and activation! If you progress to the standing Healthy Hormones workout or classes, you'll notice better activation and alignment which equals better results-- INSIDE and out!

My other qualifications: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ISSA Glute Specialist.
