Ever since Teresa first introduced Scarecrow Ski at a retreat years ago, it has been one of my top favorite moves. And it's a FUN one, too!
If you need a quick break from the computer, at a rest stop when you've been driving for awhile or even after getting off an airplane, Scarecrow Ski is a great move to arch and scoop the spine, relieve shoulder and neck tension, and it's fairly easy to memorize so you can do it anywhere!
